Julie Sadhu Registered Psychotherapist

Julie provides a warm, dedicated space for adolescents (12+), youth, and adults to navigate life’s hurdles. She understands that every stage of life comes with its own set of pressures—whether it’s the social and academic stress of the teenage years or the complex career and relationship shifts of adulthood.

Her goal is to help you (or your child) build a toolkit of healthy coping strategies while fostering a stronger sense of self.

Who Julie Works With Julie tailors her therapeutic approach to meet the developmental needs of each age group:

Adolescents & Youth (12-24): Supporting teens through school stress, identity exploration, social anxiety, and family dynamics. Julie focuses on building trust and providing a safe outlet for expression.

Adults: Helping individuals manage the “mental load” of adulthood, including career burnout, parenting challenges, grief, and long-standing anxiety.

Young Adults: Navigating the “in-between” years of university, first jobs, and establishing independence.

Areas of Specialization Anxiety & Stress: Shifting from “survival mode” to a place of calm and control.

Emotional Regulation: Understanding big feelings and responding to them effectively.

Life Transitions: Providing stability during times of significant change.

Self-Discovery: Building confidence and self-compassion at any age.

A Collaborative Approach Julie believes therapy should feel like a partnership. For younger clients, this means a balance of privacy and (where appropriate) family support. For adults, it means a focused, non-judgmental space to unpack the complexities of modern life.
